Pinot Nero vinificato in bianco (frizzante)

Vinificazione: vino ottenuto da uve pinot nero in purezza raccolte a mano. Viene impiegato esclusivamente il mosto fiore di sgrondo così da evitare la cessione di colore da parte delle bucce. La presa di spuma avviene naturalmente in autoclave, per ottenere un vino caratterizzato da aromi primari e fruttati.

Note di degustazione: vino di colore giallo paglierino. Il profumo è fruttato, fragrante e armonico. In bocca è fresco e pieno. 

Gradazione alcolica: 13,5% vol

Pinot Noir vinified as a white wine (semi-sparkling)

Vintage: 2023

Vinification: wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes only. The grapes are hand-harvested and softly pressed to avoid any contact between the free-run must and the skins. The bubbles are produced in a natural way through a secondary fermentation in stainless-steel vats. The resulting frizzante wine offers inviting fruity aromas.

Tasting notes: straw yellow colour. Fruity, fragrant and harmonious nose. Fresh and well-rounded palate, with a floral and slightly sour finish.

Alcohol: 13,5% vol
