LA NOSTRA STORIA

Nel 1926 il nonno acquista un vigneto denominato Roncolongo, dando vita all'azienda agricola Bisi.
Successivamente costruisce una piccola cantina per la trasformazione delle proprie uve e l'invecchiamento dei propri vini, imponendosi un obiettivo fondamentale: produrre vini di qualità.
Nonostante il trascorrere degli anni e il succedersi di tre generazioni, l'amore per la terra e la passione per il vino è rimasto il fulcro di tutte le attività e le iniziative che hanno determinato lo sviluppo e la crescita dell'azienda fino all'attuale dimensione.
Le vigne sono coltivate direttamente secondo la migliore tradizione e nel massimo rispetto dell'ambiente.
Le uve vengono raccolte, selezionate e immediatamente vinificate secondo i ritmi biologici di maturazione. Una consolidata esperienza guida tutte le fasi successive per garantire la massima genuinità e qualità dei vini: vini che sono espressione del territorio.

OUR HISTORY

In 1926 my grandfather Emilio bought a vineyard named Roncolongo, thus founding the Bisi winery.
In later years he built a small cellar to vinifiy his own grapes and store the bottles for aging. Right from the beginning, he embraced the hard, but rewarding philosophy of quality.
Over many years and three generations the Bisi winery has been slowly growing, but the love for our land and the passion for winemaking are still the keywords of our mission.
We grow our estate vineyards following the experience of our family tradition and the rules of a sustainable approach.
The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully selecting the best ones and immediatley vinified, respecting the natural rhythms of maturation. A consolidated expertise guides us through all the stages of production to guarantee that our wines are always the best and genuine expression of our terroir.
